The Hilton Arlington is constantly striving to improve the physical condition, the products and services we offer and the method by which we welcome our guests' everyday. Below are some key areas of improvement in each of these areas that have already been completed or are targeted for 2007.

Hotel Physical Condition upgrades targeted for 2007:

• Guest Elevator Interiors will be made even nicer.
• We will continue to upgrade the façade and main hotel entrance.
• We are going to add an onsite fitness center on the lobby level.
• We will upgrade the finish of the wood and countertops for the guest reception desk and bar.
• Meeting and Event Space bathrooms will be completely remodeled.
• The Rembrandt Boardroom will be completed remodeled.
• New carpet will be installed in the public areas.
• New work desk chairs will be added to all the guest rooms.
• We will purchase new meeting room chairs, display tables, props, linen, skirting and a dance floor.

Service upgrades targeted for 2007:

• Pre-arrival emails will be sent as a reminder for HHonors guests of their upcoming stays and will allow them to submit any special requests or menu items they would like to have ready in their room upon arrival.
• Internet check-in is also available for Gold & Diamond HHonors members.
• An additional manager will be added to the guest reception staff to welcome and handle guest requests.
• A lobby ambassador program is already in place to help with welcoming guests and guest requests.
• Due to popular demand, bottled water is now available for purchase in every guest room.
• An additional T1 line has just been added to allow for faster high speed Internet access.
• An area service and directory kiosk was added to our lobby.
• A kiosk was added to the lobby to allow guests to check in, check out and print their airline boarding passes.
